REQUIRED INGREDIENTS: - PORK MEAT - 1/2 kg - OIL - 2 tbsp - ONIONS - 2 medium size - GREEN CHILLIES - 3 - RED CHILLIES - 3 - CURRY LEAVES - GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 2 tbsp - TURMERIC - 1/4 tsp - TOMATO - 1 - SALT - 1 tbsp - CHILLI POWDER - 3 tbsp - TAMARIND JUICE - CORIANDER POWDER - 2 tbsp - JEERA POWDER - 1/2 tbsp - GARAM MASALA - 1 tbsp - CORIANDER LEAVES LET'S GET INTO THE PROCESS: Take the Pork Meat into a Pressure Cooker and Cook Until you get 5 Vessels. Now, Take a Cooking Pan, Add Oil, Chopped Onions, Chopped Green Chillies, Red Chillies, Curry Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste, Tomato and let it Cook for a while. Once All the Veggies are Semi Cooked Add the Turmeric Powder, Salt, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Jeera Powder, Garam Masala According to the Measurements given in the Required Ingredients List. Now, Mix all the Added Ingredients Properly as shown in the Video. After that, Add Already Cooked Pork Meat then cook for 5 min. Later on, Add Tamarind Juice to it and cook for another while.
