REQUIRED INGREDIENTS: - OIL - 2 tbsp - JEERA - 1/2 tsp - MUSTARD SEED - 1/2 tsp - TEMPERING SEEDS - 1 tsp - ONIONS - 2 big size - RED CHILLIES - 4 - GREEN CHILLIES - 5 - CURRY LEAVES - TOMATO - 2 medium size - TURMERIC - 1/2 tsp - SALT - 2 tbsp - BESAN FLOUR - 4 tbsp - CORIANDER LEAVES LET'S GET INTO THE PROCESS: Take a Bowl, Add 4tbsp Besan Flour and Water to it. Mix it Properly as Consistency shown in Video. In a Pan Heat some Oil, Add Jeera, Mustard Seeds, Tempering Seeds. Once Tempering Seeds get Fried properly Add Onions, Red Chillies, Green Chillies and Curry Leaves. Stir Until they Fry and Add Chopped Tomatoes to it. Also, Add Turmeric and salt to it. Once after All the Included Ingredients get a Good Fry, Add the Besan Flour Liquid which we already Prepared Before. Let's wait For 2 min To Cook. And Our Yummy Bombay Chutney is Ready to serve with Added Coriander Leaves. Grab a Plate With a Combination of Puri, Dosa, Idli and Enjoy the recipe.
